  • Self-Storage Facilities - Now one of the most competitive building classes in the country, these facilities are designed primarily for storage. This category also includes cold storage, RV and boat storage facilities, and truck terminals (transit facilities).

  • Automotive Services - Includes everything from auto repair facilities to retail auto shops and part supply stores.

  • Hospitality - Includes hotels, motels as well as Bed & Breakfasts. This class also includes mobile home parks.

Two types of loan documentation are available 

  • Full & Limited Doc - Full Documentation loans offer more competitive rates to borrowers with verifiable income. Borrowers may qualify on personal or property cash flow and using limited financial documentation. Residential style of underwriting allows us to quickly and easily qualify most applications.

  • Stated Income/Stated Assets - These programs are designed for individuals who are unable to verify income or assets. Properties with positive cash flow may qualify for even lower rates. Borrowers simply provide a loan application and credit report.
